The Ballarat East Neighbourhood House is proud to be a Network Partner of the Australian Government’s Be Connected Digital Literacy Program, which provides free local digital inclusion support.We have 1:1 digital skills support at Barkly Square with our Digital Mentor.

$100 Power Saving Bonus is now available for concession card households. The Ballarat East Neighbourhood House is an official community outreach provider for the State Government’s $100 Power Saving Bonus. We are assisting community members to receive this one-off payment to help ease energy bill stress, and to help them seek out a better energy deal.
